Six (6) challenge phrases are being replaced to address Interagency Guidance on Authentication.
Bill Pay users are required to have four challenge phrases on file at all times. Any user that does not meet this requirement will be prompted to create the additional challenge phrases when they log in to their Bill Pay account.
